I agree with all the ones who posted before me...keep offering, hide the good stuff in the foods he likes and don't give up! My grandson is also one who will eat anything if he can dip it in ranch so I give him baby carrots and ranch almost every day. He dips chicken in ranch, fries in ranch...he even eats salad because he can have reanch on it! lol. He like to eat peanut butter with a spoon so I let him, it's full of protein. I don't care as long as he eats! lol. If your son likes milk shakes, blend fruit into them and add some Pediasure instead of milk. Raisins and bananas are really good, too, for potassium and muscle growth...if he wont eat bananas, put it in a shake, buy him some cool straws and make it fun. My grandson loves cereal so I cut up strawberries or bananas and put it on his cereal. If he likes cookies, make some oatmeal cookies and you can put walnuts or pecans and raisins in them or buy the already made oatmeal cookie dough. I buy oat bread instead of white and he can't tell the difference, but he gets fiber. I buy small cans of mandarin orange segments and I give him the whole can and he thinks that is so cool and I don't have to peel them! I leave grapes, small apples, and bananas out on the table and he knows he can have them any time, but you have to set an example by eating the same things yourself....kids are smart and they aren't going to eat something you wont eat! lol. Good luck!
