I have no idea how to improve the firmness of your breasts but I wouldn't make a decision to breastfeed or not on what the outcome would do to my breasts. When you have children, it is all about what is best for them.

hi N.!!!
there is an excercise my mom use to do, its kinda hard to explain but i will try.
put your hands together close to your chest with your elbows up and out to the sides. push your hands together like you are flattening dough or something. and release then again and so on.... if i did'nt explain it good then please give me a call so i can try to explain it better!!!
here is my # ###-###-####
good luck!!!
I used to have pert 36-C's...then I breastfed 4 babies.
I now resemble something out of the National Geographic (you know what I'm talking about ladies, my nipples point due south and I haven't seen the underside of my breasts while standing upright in years).
They finally settled into a flat and flabby 36-DD after peaking at 38-E's when the milk fairy visted.
HOWEVER, my husband still says they are terrific (even if he is lying through his teeth, just like I petend not to notice his thinning hair) and I can hike them up in a good bra or halter style swimsuit so that they look like something befitting a 35 year old instead of a 70 year old.
I would never consider reduction, lift or implants (no uneccessary surgery for me and I could never justify the cost). Nature made them this way and now they are soft warm pillows perfect for cuddeling my children against...the fact that they slide off somewhere into my armpit when released from a bra makes them perfect for snuggeling up to when reading a book to my kids.
I wouldn't have missed out on a moment of breatfeeding (I nursed each child for over 18 months) even if I had known the toll it would take on my flabby friends...
If you are starting to sag pre-pregnancy, you will most likely sag afterwards. It is just your fate. You can fix them later if you need to but when your baby first suckles and your husband gives you that look of absolute awe at what you are making with your body...I am pretty sure it won't matter in the end.
Enjoy them now, but if you understand the mircle you can do with them you will LOVE them later whatever form they take!
My husband also just added that by breastfeeding you reduce your chances of breat cancer significantly!
Keep them supported with a bra or sports bra at all times during pregnancy and nursing. That is what my doctors said and my boobs are fine. I nursed for 10 months and am in my 5th months with my second baby. I am a D-cup
