Hello K.,
I hope you get some relief soon. I can almost bet on the following: You're not getting enough Vitamin D, vitamin B12 and magnesium. 75-97% of the population is Vitamin D deficient. if you get any bloodwork done, have them check your vit. D and vit. B12 levels. I've been deficient for a couple of years now and I got an Rx for a weekly vit. D that has 50,000 IU. Let me tell you.........wow!!! what a difference!!! I've also been taking vit. B12 and my energy level has increased tremendously. for the magnesium...that one is a bit trickier for people to increase because it can send you running to the bathroom depending on the amount your body tolerates. However, I've learned about 'magnesium oil'. you can put it on your skin/fee/ make a bath, etc... and to GI side-effects. I just found it at swansonvitamins.com
here is the link: http://www.swansonvitamins.com/SWU481/ItemDetail
and it's on sale! I liked it so much that I've just ordered several for xmas presents! and, no, I'm not the one selling it...I'm just excited to find it at a reasonable price....
if you want to read a bit about magnesium oil, check this out:

I had heard about the magnesium oil from a doctor before I found that e-zine article.
Good luck and keep looking until you find the right answer for you. I've been seeing a nutritionist for a few months and have discovered several deficiencies which were creating the perfect storm inside my body. keep looking, because there is no silver bullet and it may be a combination of the right foods/supplements/meds for YOU.
