Pam - please take her to the doctor - meaning a neurologist. What you described sounds very much like a seizure - with the stiffening, eyes rolling back and body twitching. She may seem fine and may never have one ever again. But she could also be just developing them and growing into them more.
Our son had his first observed seizure ( clearly one) in March. We discovered that what we thought was a tic he had developed , was actually partial seizures that he was having. They continued to increase in frequency and length until he was having the partial seizures on average 1/hr during the day, then 8-16 within the 1st hour of going to sleep. Then he would have the big general seizures in the early morning hours. To the point of 16-30 seizures/day some lasting over 2mins with violent seizing. He is now on medication twice/day and has not had a seizure in just over 1 month.
While your daughter may be fine, it's better to find out now - than her having another seizure when she is doing something that could be dangerous - swimming, riding a bike, climbing a tree, etc.
Hope you have good news!Hugs from a transplanted Michigander!
