He have not been peeing alot lately

Then he needs to go see a doctor. If he hasn't peed enough you can google to see how many wet diapers he needs to have before you should be concerned. Dehydration is a serious thing for a baby to have.

Babies can get very dehydrated quickly.
That's dangerous.
Please have a doctor check him out ASAP.

The fontanelle which is the soft spot on a baby's head will be indented in seriously dehydrated babies. Do not wait, better safe than sorry, have him seen by a doctor now.
Has he also been drinking less? Try to nurse or feed him lots. Even if he only takes a little bit. There is something called Pedialyte sold at drugstores which is a drink (or in Popsicle form) you give infants and kids to rehydrate, usually after vomiting from illness. Doctor may tell you to feed this after perhaps intra venous liquid if baby is seriously dehydrated.
