My 3 month old was similar to your daughter but has recently gotten a little better (he is still fussy, somewhat colicy and has acid reflux). These are the exact steps I do before I put him to bed:turn down the lights and tv (so he knows bedtime is coming) feed him, give him a bath, rub the lavender lotion on his legs after (little massage), swaddle him ( I know people say don't swaddle anymore but it's the ONLY ONLY way he'll calm down and not kick around), rock him a little while I'm rubbing his nose until he closes his eyes, lay him in his crib and turn on his vacuam cd ( LOVES the sound of the vacuam).. If he wakes up crying, I'll just pick him back up quickly and rock him for a few more minutes and lay him back down... Over the last 1.5 weeks, he's been sleeping the first half of the night for about 6.5-7 hours straight (which is a miracle from where we came from)...
I UNDERSTAND not sleeping much and I only have one.. It's VERY hard for me to sleep on command, I'm a very light sleeper... Plus Banyan (my son) being colicy (getting better) doesn't help with his need to be constantly held.
I hope this helps somewhat... If you have any other questions, please feel free to email me directly at :
