Okay, the all caps need to go in the future. As well more information is useful, such as how much does she eat/drink in a day, what size are the diapers, how much does she way, height etc. Have you discussed this at any of the pediatric well visits? What brand are you using and how often are you changing? Are rashes persistant etc. So, you can either call the doc on monday and discuss it with them (best option) or unlock the caps, give more information and wait for the answer that makes the most sense to you.
BTW 10 is a typical number of used diapers - but soaked may be an issue. On average with a little one they go thru a diaper every 1-2hrs (in my experience).
Not being a docotor, with the information given I see no issues - however if you are not comfortable with that opinion - call your doctor. I suggest you keep a journal 3-5 days worth documenting food/drink/diapers how much how often etc. This kind of detailed info is good for visits/conversations like this.
