Womens Health Big Book of Exercises is outstanding.
You will absolutely love it. It has a chapter for each muscle, with basic lifts, advanced lifts, modifications, etc. It also has sample routines and even offers things like the home workout, the body weight workout, the I only have 15 minutes workout, as well as cardio plans, stretching, and information on weight loss and nutrition.
Hands down, it is one of the best comprehensive yet user friendly manuals of lifting around. It does NOT sell one single program; it is more of an encyclopedia of lifting complete with pictures for every lift.
