we want to take all the cousins tomorrow and i can't find the site i've used before that reviews everythign and quotes any questionable lines or scenes.

CAn anyone review the movie for me? or do you know the website that does detailed MOM oreineted reviews.

My kids have only been to the movies once before for yogi bear. They are 10-7 in age. I just want to know what i'm getting into if anything. thanks!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thank You!! i think the KIdsinmind site is what i was looking for. I missed it last night when i googled.

Now i know that we need to have a discussion of "Fart Shoes" which is what my gang will be focused on.

We went to it last nite with a 6 and 4 year old. IMO It was ok...wasn't as great as I thought it was going to be. It was more of a musical than a movie. The 6 year old liked it but the younger one wasn't impressed. It was ok.....definitely had some funny things.

My husband brought our girls, 7 and 8, to see the movie Wednesday afternoon. He's 39 and enjoyed it, saying it was better than he thought it'd be. When it was done he thought our girls would say they didn't care for it but they said they really liked it, too. :)

Here is my favorite site for checking out a movie before I watch it with my kids. http://www.pluggedin.com/movies/ It's the most thorough site I've found, if you don't mind knowing most of the plot. They cover bad language, drug use, sexual content, violence, and so on.

I googled "mom's review movies for kids" and got a couple of good ones, I over-viewed them and they looked good anyway.

A religious one that would probably be more in line with over guarding if anything.

This one has a scale on the right of several different things like language, nudity/sexual content, violence, etc...and a brief over-view of the movie.
