put it next to something else you do each day. I put mine next to my toothbrush.... because i won't forget to brush my teeth and so i have to see my vitamins when i do it!

I am making efforts to take a multivitamin each day. But with the kids/dog/housework/errands I cannot always remember to do so. :-)
How do you remind yourself to take it each day?
Thanks for the awesome suggestions! I have taken the vitamins out of the cupboard and put them next to the coffee maker. :-)

Mine are right next to/in front of the juice glasses, so I can't miss them when I drink my OJ in the morning. If you are a coffee drinker, keep them right with the mugs...
First it is really great for you to take a Multivitamin. There are many ways to help you remember. When I use to have a birth control pill I would take it with it. Now I take it at night where I have it near my glasses as I take my contacts out to get my glasses I have a pill box near and that helps remind me. You could even put it next to your toothpaste to remind you. If you drink coffee put it near the coffee pot. If you work then put it in a drawer or by a phone to remind you. Once you get in to taking it every day you it will just be like anything else your life can be like second nature. I hope this helps. Good Luck!
My kids and I all take our medications together in the morning. We all have vitamins and they have allergy and ADHA medcation. "Sometimes they even remind me, "Don't forget our pills mommy." I never seem to forget the kids medications. Hope this helps
we all put our vitamins on the kitchen table so when we eat dinner togehter, we all take our vitamins at the same time :)
yes make it part of your routine. either with breakfast or at night when you brush your teeth if it's too hectic in the am..
I use a pill box with each section labeled for the days of the week. I got it free at CVS, but it was years ago. I leave it on the kitchen counter (not the cutest decoration for the kitchen) so I see it throughout the day.
My sweet husband gets up before me and he gets ALL of our vitamins out for us and the kids and he leaves them on the kitchen counter for me when I get up. =)
I just made it part of my bedtime routine.
It's best to take vitamins w/food. We take ours every night w/dinner. You can set the bottle out on the stove until you get in the habit. That's what i do if I find myself forgetting! I'm much better and clear headed in the evening than the morning, so dinner work best for me. If your better in the am, try w/breakfast! :)
I just eat a decent diet and then I don't need to supplement. If you must supplement, why not kep it next to the coffee pot and take it with your first cuip of coffee every morning?
