where is the best place to buy mulch and flowers? I don't want to pay too much money and was wondering if there are any places that have good deals out there.

We get a lot of ours from Lowe's, Walmart or Home Depot. Lowe's and Home Depot sometimes have clearance racks or tables in the back that usually just need a little water and they perk right back up. I have found many plants back there for 25-50 cents for a six pack. I just got a couple of new roses at Walmart for $5 or $6 that look really nice.
Just shop around. Home Depot and Lowes are pretty cheap. It depends on what you are looking for.
We like Calloways on Custer/121 for some higher quality flowers.
If you're looking for only a few bags of mulch, the best place I've found is Lowes or Home Depot. For annuals, sometimes you can find the best deals at a local garden shop, but sometimes the local garden shop is the most expensive, so be careful.
Garland gives it away free to its residents.
