Hi,
I hope this is an easy question to answer...I'm desperate.
My kids go to daycare & evey day come home with loads of mulch stuck to their socks. Does anyone have any quick tips on how to get this stuff off easily? It doesn't come off in the wash & picking it off is very time consuming. Other than throwing them away & buying new ones, I don't know what to do.
Thanks!

What can I do next?

To start with I would say something to the day care about this issue and other Mom's that take their kids there. That is insane and children shouldn't be playing in mulch. Mulch holds tons of bacteria and germs and can cause serious breathing problems. Now after saying that the nylon socks don't hold the mulch like the cotton socks do. But have you tried a good pet lint roller? When I worked road construction we used lint rollers to get the prickers, grass, etc. out of our socks and jeans.

If they wore tennis shoes with ankle socks, would it be as much of a problem?
