Congratulations to you on your new life. It will be great for your children to see you be healthier and whole and vibrant. It won't be easy but it is doable. Just keep the main things the main things. Work hard and play hard. Keep the kids in the forefront and what they need to teach them to become great adults and break the pattern of behavior.

Also know a change in location is great but the real change must begin and stay in you. When we change how we think, where we go, who we associate with then our lives change as well and that change is permanent and lasting. Really keep a close watch over how you think, who you hang out with and where you go. If you want different experiences you may need to change people, places and things.

I agree with MegandOllie. Spend a good long time without a man in your life before you even THINK about getting involved with another. And then, be really, REALLY cautious about the next one you allow in your life.
