Mother's Day Present for Self

Have told hubby I don't want anything for Mother's day!
Am thinking of treating myself to something small & inexpensive.
What do you think I should buy myself?
I would rather not purchase something that will take me away from my baby (massage
or pedicure).
What else?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Told hubby not to buy me anything because he's not my child and I would much rather he do things for me on my birthday, Valentine's Day or our anniversary.

Hmm... maybe you could hire someone to come in and clean your house for you, then have dinner delivered. :)

Take you and your baby and have a professional photo made or have a photographer come to your home and take some pictures. Buy a beautiful frame to display the photo. What a great rememberence for Mother's Day!

it's not just a child that give gifts to mom on mothers day.
It's also hubby , he's saying "thanks for being such a great mom to my kids"
I don't understand not wanting something from hubby for mothers day then buying something for your self instead. Why not just let him buy you what you're going to buy your self.
I'd recommend a NookColor. You can sit and read while the baby naps or after bed time , or get cookbooks, etc on it, I LOVE mine.

I found 1000 thread count sheets for a really cheap price, so I bought them for a mothers' day gift for myself. They're beeaauutiful. But having someone clean your house is a great idea too! Or, a charm for your Pandora if you have one, or a box of chocolates and your favourite magazine. I have a lot more, but now I'm just getting excited.

I use holidays to buy myself something all the time, nothing wrong with that. At least you get something you actually WANT.

I second the vote for having someone clean your house - I just did that today and I was able to spend the whole time they were here playing with the kids. Or some jewelry - doesn't have to be expensive. I tend not to buy much for myself, so some trendy new jewelry would be fun. (For me it would have to be a bracelet, which is the least likely to be pulled by little hands!)
