Hello, We just moved to monroeville and made our first well baby appointment with a family doctor but would rather go to a pediatrician. does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you in advance.
I agree with Lori. I love Premier Medical and they also have a location in Harrison city in case you are closer to the westmoreland county end of Monroeville. The same doctors work in both locations and all the doctors that my boys have seen are wonderful. Their number is ###-###-####. Good luck.

ive been at the east suburban pediatrics since i had my first baby girl 3 years ago when i was also 21. i was recommended and am pretty pleased.
they are a practice with i believe 3 offices (one in murrysville where i go) there may be one closer to yo at forbes...
i like this practice,the nurses are all nice and helpful and the biggest part is that they arent quick to start your little one with antibiotics at the drip of their nose, thus weakening their ammune system. one of the doctors you may take a bit to except but his expertise is at the top.
i have my 21/2 year old seeing one of the female doctors now and she loves her...

We go to Children's Community Pediatrics - Monroeville. It's across the street from Target, phnoe # ###-###-####. Dr. Varley and Dr. Falcon are excellent!! (There are 2 other physicians in the practice, Dr. Joseph and Dr. Schott along with a NP, but I rarely see them because I always ask to see the other two!) :)

I've taken my son to Monroeville Pediatric Associates since he was born. They are an affiliate of Childrens Hospital pediatrics. My son was a preemie and one of the NICU nurses highly recommended Dr. Varley. I LOVE him! He is so good with my son. The only drawback is that some of the staff is VERY rude and impersonal. In particular-you only have a nurse's line to call into when your child is sick-that line is usually crazy busy..and when one of the nurses does finally get to your call-they are rushing you off of the phone almost from the beginning. Apparently there aren't enough nurses to accomodate the clients. Overall, however I stay because I believe that my son is getting superb medical care. He's been blessed with good health by God anyway though!!

I take my son to Children's Community Pediatrics. The address is Shaw Building, Suite 700, 2790 Mosside Blvd., Monroeville, PA 15146. ###-###-####. They have 3 doctors. 1 male and 2 female. I really like them. My son sees Dr. Brostoff. He really likes him. I have referred a lot of people there and they all still take their children there. Hope this helps!!
We also go to Premier Medical Associates in Penn Hills. Our regular doctor is Dr. Romero. I have been very pleased with them. They found my daughter's hip problem at birth and we were able to correct it without surgery because they found it so early.
They have been great about getting me in for early appts, evening appointments, and even Saturday appointments.

I love east suburban perdiatrics, they have an office in the professional building next to forbes. Dr. Trainer is great, the one doc there does not have a good bedside manner, but is an excellent doc, we just don't schedule with him unless it is an emergency, but when it came to that time, my husband loved him, also the nurse practioner is wonderful, she is very patient and kind!
