I usually use dove body wash but i want something that smells yummie! What have you found to be sensetive but still smells great!? My hands are the most sensetive part my back will get ocasiona break outs if my body doesnt like what im using! For dish soap all i can use is Ivory and i can not use aveno lotion. When i wash my LO's hair with baby shampoo that irritates my hands

I have atopic dermatitis on the palms of my hand and eczema on the top of my hands by my thumb

I am sensitive to about every soap, but I can use the Dawn dish soaps (clear, not opaque) and the Dove sensitive body wash. After showering, I can use certain types of Bath and Body Works lotions (never the creams, just the original lotions) which "makes up" for sticking with unscented in the shower. I can also use some perfumes and some body splashes so I feel scented even though my shower is not! Since B&BW has testers, I went to the store several times and tried the lotions on small parts of my skin. I waited a few days to see if I reacted, and if I did, I knew to stay away from those types- better than buying an entire bottle and not being able to use it. I hate having flare-ups though, so I'm very very careful about what I touch, and even though I would love to use some great-smelling shampoos and soaps, I stay far away. I have all things for the kids that won't cause my skin problems, even if they don't need it!

What about California Baby for both of you? I also use Cetaphil and Eucerin.

Dove carries many scents. Are they just not appealing to you?

I avoid Ivory products because Ivory is notoriously drying.
I like Tone body washes and Aveeno products for my dry skin.

Johnson's Baby Shampoo used to INFLAME my hands so much--that's when I got eczema for the first time.
Scent-free-dye-free is better than yummie smelling any day (eczema-wise).

I am allergic to so many soaps it's insane! I hate using public restrooms' soaps because I never know what's in there and what kind of reaction I might have, I use as little as possible and rinse like crazy to remove as much as possible. One key ingredient that is normally the irritant is the fragrance in people with sensitive skin. I know you said you wanted something that smells yummy but you may have to sacrifice that to not have skin troubles, I'm really sorry.
I use ivory bar soap for general body cleaning in the shower. If you have a Trader Joes near you I did find that their brand name shampoo and conditioner is something I can use. It's grapefruit & orange or something to that effect. They make a body wash but I'm too concerned to try it. Body washes bother me more than shampoos normally. I stopped using baby shampoo with my daughter and use the Trader Joes stuff on her too even and it works well for her.
My advice is the more natural the ingredients the better chance you have of finding something you can use.

I use Olay Ultra Moisture bodywash for sensitive skin. but I think just about everyone makes some form of it now.

The ivory pure and gently bodywash smells great, like good old ivory bar soap... I love it cause I love the "clean" smell...

Crabtree & Evelyn makes a really nice goatmilk bodywash that is super moisturizing and sensitive skin friendly!

Dove body washes come in a variety of scents also with the bars.I only use Dove now for body washing, dish soap I love Palmolive Free & Clear (may not be the correct name but it doesn't have the harsh chemicals in it)avoid anything with fragrance & alcohol that is what causes the dryness irratation flareups on our skin including alot of chemicals i'm a Bath & Body Works user I can only use them in the Spring & Summer because of what they have in the lotion it doesn't agree with my hands during the winter itch, dryness cracked skin I need a healing reparing lotion so I go with baby lotions, sensitve skin lotions like Olay,Vaseline Suave & many others I have my own drug store at my house. Now for our kids the pediatrician plus my family doc recommends using only Dove products & Eucerin even generic is fine.My mom will tell me to use Olive Oil for my hair when it gets itchy & use it after the shower I haven't tried it yet myself but she still insists it does work so does my mil.
We all want to smell yummy & use things that appeals to our senses but body soaps just get washed right down the drain they don't linger on our skin for very long so I would be looking for more of an after shower lotion a body spray to go with it someting that will linger on your skin & clothes.
My skin is dry cracked I have what looks like paper cuts all over from my hands in the water non stop so I have to lather creams & lotions all day long to keep on top of it plus creams are richer thicker creamier than a lotion so that is something you may need to change soemthing that penetrates slowly into the skin not absorb it so fast like lotions..I say next time your at the store look at what they have to offer if you want to go the all natural route go for it i'm trying to get there it seems that everything we buy we learn that is has harsh chemicals in it.
