Moms Who Take Melatonin-what Brand Do You Recommend?

I just purchase whatever is on sale. Nature's something-or-other often goes on sale 2 for 1 at Walgreens.

I have seen no real difference between brands.

I bought 3mg Spring Valley brand from Walmart, have never tried any other brand...what can I say...it works for me, look at the ingredients...that is how I tell if something is good or not...

I love Source Natural's 1 mg orange flavored SUBLINGUAL from www.iherb.com. I take three at night.

LOL...they even sell it at the Dollar Tree. I take one pill a night and there is 30 in a bottle for a dollar. Works for me. :-)
