Moms Have You Bought Squeakie Shoes

Just saw your question and had to reply. We bought these shoes for my son at Shear Madness (hair salon) in Zona Rosa, up in north kc. They are a children's hair salon. anyway, they sell them there and the squeakers do come out. My big reason for buying them was because my son was a major tip-toe walker. To the point that we had to do exercises with him to get the muscles and ligaments to stretch. Anyway, when you walk heal to toe in these shoes, they squeak. So we bought them for him and he intentionally tried to walk correctly to get them to squeak and he's done great since!!!!! the brand is WeeSqueak. I have seen them on Ebay a lot, if you type in squeeky shoes or just shoes in the Ebay search or squeeky shoes in a google search you should be able to find them.

The squeaky shoes started in China, if you do a search on Ebay you can buy them on there. We bought our daughter a ton of them when we adopted her from China. The squeakers come out also, they were made to encourage the children to want to walk.

Someone gave us a pair. They are cute and my son likes them. The brand is pipsqueaks, they are avaliable on line, however, the squeaker does not come out of this brand. They cost about $15.00.

We just bought the most adorable pair of squeaky sandals at Taylor's at Town Center Plaza. She has a huge selection and they are the ones with the removable squeakers. Not all of them have removable squeakers, so make sure you find those cause I can't imagine listening to squeak all the time in the house. I've also got dogs and I was worried that the squeak would make them think toy--so the removable device is great.
