It has been a long time since a group of us girls got together and had some fun.We have been so busy with the kids, husband cleaning cooking and working we forgot how to have a good time. I decided to get the girls togther once a month for a little us(me)time. We are a group of 12 in the West Bloomfield area. It seems large, but we have never been a complete group yet due to time and schedule. This month will be our 3rd time meeting and we all just LOVE it. We will be having dinner this month and i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas that our group can do together. Are there any spas, weekend getaways, places to eat or events anyone thinks would work or have tried and would like to share? I would love to hear for you. I will share it with my freind. As for spas, The New You Body Wrap Spa in Utica is awesome...we had a group of 9 there last spring. They are all about detox, pampering and wellness...body wraps, facials, waxing, foot detox, reflexology...fun, too. They can make it special just for your group.

Wine tasting are always fun. I believe Andiamo hosts quite a few per year. Also, for a group activity, there is a resturant in Auburn Hills with Bocci Ball courts or feather bowling at Bath City Grill (Mt. Clemens) and Cadieux Cafe in Detroit.
The melting pot (Troy and Novi) is a fun place for moms. They have specials sometimes too.
I know of a mobile spa business (owned by a mother-daughter team) that would love to organize a special time for your group that can include massage, nails and other spa services. Check out SpaGatherings.biz. They're just starting out, so I'm sure they'll give you a great deal.
