Hi everyone:
Does anyone have any good recommendations as to where to go for a Mommy and Me Yoga class? I'm thinking of taking my baby once he's 6 weeks old as a way to interact with him and help get me back in shape.

Sweet Pea's Studio on Roscoe and Ravenswood offers classes. www.Sweetpeasstudio.com. I did one of their drop-in classes with my daughter once and liked it. It's just far from my house. I knwo lots of people who have gone there, though.
I took a Mommy & me class at the Elmhurst Park District. My doctor's office just opened a spa, and they will be offering Mommy & Me classes too - www.antaresmedspa.com or ###-###-####.
