I have 3 kids of my own and i had a tubal right after my 3rd daughter. Im recently engaged and was wondering if its possible to reverse the procedure?
Yes, tubal reversal is possible, but the success of it depends on the type of surgery that was performed. You need to make an appt with a fertility specialist (reproductive endocrinologist), so he can review the surgery to see if it is possible. If not, in vitro fertilization (IVF)can be performed (it does not require reversal of your tubal surgery). I believe the costs are similar.
Congrats! I don't know about reversing, but a friend of mine has a baby that is one yr old now and she was in your shoes a couple of years ago. I'll ask her about it I'll be sing her tonight.

Yes it is possible, but not gauranteed. Talk to your doctor about the procedure you had done and what your odds are of having a successful reversal done. Good Luck and God bless!
I had two kids and right after the second they did that too because i had c-sectins both times. Anyway, when i signed the consent forms they were on top of it to tell me that it could not be reversed.
A reversal is not always successful. I saw Scot Hutchinson MD here in tucson. I think he would probably recommend In vitro fertilization. I know Dr Geleti (also here in tucson is less expensive). If you really want a baby, go see an infertilist and see what they tell you.

I too had a tubal ligation and after my divorce I had looked into it and yes it can be done, just depends on how your was performed. A good Dr. will take an actual look so you they can give you a fair percentage rate of success. Anyway best wishes to getting what you want.
