I am looking for a child care/learning center for my three year old son. He is an only child and was in daycare a short time for about five months. Since I'm basically new to the day care thing, I was wondering if anyone could help with questions I should ask or with names of good, loving daycares. We live in the Northwest San Antonio area. Thanks in advance for your help.

We have our daughter at Little Village School - off Bandera just outside the 1604 loop. It is a Montessori based school and it has been excellent in her development. ###-###-#### They also have an accredidated kindergarten program as well.

we love the JCC early childhood dept. ###-###-####. You can also check the naeyc.org website for other nationally accredited childcares. gangani (gangani.org) is not accredited, but it is very warm, loving, and fun. My friend's son goes there.

good luck to you.
