My Ped said to do all Veggies before fruits, since if an allergy exists it is more common with fruits than veggies.

I don't think there is a "step program" to food... :-) Start with what ever you want as long as its a single item and not any of the "high risk allergy foods"...
Mushed bannana's or mushed peas... baby will either like or not... lol

I was told to start with orange/yellow veggies. I think we did sweet potatoes, squash and carrots as the first 3 foods.

veggies. Fruits... can always wait. Not needed.

Do not give spinach though, as baby food. Not until AFTER 9 months old. It has enzymes in it that is not good for a younger baby.

Veggies, then fruits. If you give yummy, sweet fruits first they may not like the veggies as much.

I would do veggies next...Fruit is alwasy the easiest to adjust to because they are sweet :) I did veggies first for all three and it worked out fine.
