Has anyone tried this method to lose weight??? 6 week extremem body makeover. You are supposed to lose 30 pds in a 6 weeks or your money back. It is a customized weight loss plan. I have done Weight watchers in the past ,with success, but find myself unmodivated to weigh my food and count points.

I've never heard of that plan, but wanted to tell you that those results don't sound amazing. From what the testimonials were saying on the video, they were losing an average of 10-15 pounds per month. I think that can be done simply by walking 30-60 minutes per day and introducing (more) fresh fruits and vegetables and lean proteins into your diet, which is all info you can find on reliable sites on the net for free.
Please, don't think I'm trying to be discouraging. I just hate the idea of someone spending hundreds of dollars for something if/when they don't have to. I have lost 9 lbs so far this month by doing what I just stated and I did not even walk every day. So at that rate I will have lost 45lbs by the end of this year which will have me at my weight goal. Starting in September I will walk much more often in addition to continuing to eat properly.
I walked only about 6 times this month and walked 2-4 miles each time (which was 30-60mins). I do realize that that everyone is different and hope you get something that works long term. It is usually about a lifestyle change though. Many people don't keep up their good eating habits and exercise and that's why they gain back the weight and then some.
Best wishes to you! :)

I did it the summer before my wedding. I lost about 20 lbs, but I was ALWAYS hungry, and it was so crazy trying to eat on that schedule while working a FT job without my own desk. I still have the book & blueprint, but I don't use it. It is not a sustainable way of eating.

I recently began my 2nd experience with the Atkins Diet, and I am doing SOOO much better on it this time around (I did it 11 years ago, and lost 40 lbs but didn't do it properly, so when I went off of it the weight piled back on.) This time I have learned so much more than "no carbs, eat meat." I have a lot of veggies in my diet. Once you get close to your goal weight, the plan becomes very similar to a South Beach Diet or Weight Watchers Points Plus type program, and IS sustainable.

I have been doing it for 7 weeks and have lost 24 lbs.

What happens after the 6 weeks? Is there a maintenance plan-do they help you with the hard part-KEEPING it off? Weight lost beyond 1-2 pounds per week is not fat; it's water. Losing weight is hard work and keeping it off is harder. There doesn't seem to be any way around it. Good luck, though. If you lose it gradually, you'll be more likely to keep it off.

I tried it, it worked and the day I stopped I started to gain everything back and than some. You have to really be disciplined to see results.( which I am not) The food part is similar to the south beach diet.... which is where I had a lot of issues since I eat very little meat.
