Help! I am looking for a casserole using Doritos. I was told that this is a popular family favorite, yet we've never had it in our household. I'm hoping that someone knows just what I am talking about. TIA!!

There are TONS of casserole recipes on recipezaar using doritos. I have a sinfully good cheesy chicken one if you want it--cooked chicken, cheese whiz, rotel, sour cream, etc. Let me know! :)
My receipe....1lb ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of rotel, 1 pkg of shredded mexican cheese.
Cook hamburger meat, drain...add soup & rotel, heat until soupy. Layer baking dish with doritos, pour hamburger/soup/rotel, then sprinkle the bag of cheese (2cups) on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
Man I hope you find the recipe for this. I want it too. You might check www.recipezaar.com, www.allrecipes.com or www.recipesource.com. I think I may look for something like this too. I have heard of a dish with Doritos that is "out of this world," but have never had the recipe. Send me a message if you find it.
It's called King Ranch Casserole, or King Ranch Chicken casserole. It usually consists of nacho doritos, cream of mushroom and/or chicken soup, a can (more or less) of rotel, cooked shredded chicken, and shredded cheese.
