Message to Put on M&m's to Share with Hubby and Family When I Get a BFP

So, I came across the idea to buy the M&M's that can be printed on as a way of sharing the news that I am pregnant again (when that time comes) with my husband and I will probably end up buying a few bags and using them to tell my mom and BFF as well. Any ideas of what I should write on them? I get to choose 2 colors and the only thing I can come up with right now is to get pink and put "girl?" and blue and put "boy?". I was also thinking, "pregnant" or "yes we are". I feel like there's something better out there and I just can't think of it.
Thank you!

I wanted to add that I would order these now and hide them, because there is no way I could wait for them to arrive before telling hubby.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I decided on yellow and green and one says "boy or girl?" and the other says "Knocked Up". Thanks for all the great ideas. I may end up doing them with the due date at some point, but they are kind of expensive so maybe not :O)

I had thought of the same thing and didn't go through with it, but you could also put the due date on pink and blue ones.

I don't know.
Can you fit the definition of a BFP on an M&M?
I don't even know what that means.

I like the idea of using your due date on the M&Ms...make them think a little to figure out the coded message. (Even if you just estimate the month/year.) Although, I guess that would require waiting until you actually got pregnant.

And maybe it's just me, but I think the blue/pink combo just gives it away by looking at it. I know if I got a random bag of candy that was all blue/pink M&Ms, I would just assume it was a baby announcement without having to read the message.

Just something to think about...not sure how "crypted" you want your announcement to be. Good luck conceiving! :)

I did the same thing except with candy tins when I became pregnant with #3. The tin was about the size of a tic-tac box and there were pacifier shaped mints inside. The front of the tin had a stork on it and the message said: Lisa and David did it again. They are expecting in 2010. Then we mailed the tin to family members and handed them out to our friends. I looked at the m&m thing but the tins were much more cost effective.

You can also put pictures on them, not just words! You could find clipart of simple things like a rattle, a bottle, a pacifier.

(I see they also have a special right now - buy 3 bags of custom M&M's & get 1 free!!)

Hey there....great idea! How about "baby #2" if this is a second....or even use yellow & green (neutral colors) & say something like your older son/daughter will be a big brother/sister (i.e. Cindy's a big sister). or even "you can't have just one". I hope this helps...look forward to what you decide.

You totally rock with this idea!

Since M&M's have such a small print area & you can only put one word you could put "SCORE!" or "Winner!" or "Touchdown!" for dad with a color combo of pink & blue. If he's like my husband he would totally take these to work to show off his ultimate success in the baby makin' department.

I like the estimated due date for everyone else.
I'm trying to think of something Stork related - I'm drawing a blank.
Baby on Board won't fit, will it?

Jones Soda bottles. Those are also customizable with ANYTHING & you can pick your flavors.
http://www.myjones.com/ We did this for my son's first birthday party (our last name is Jones)... Everyone had a hoot checking out each label with photos from our first year of delightful misadventures.

Good luck. Great ideas!

I second Shane. What the heck is BFP? Maybe it's just too early for me to think.
