Hello everyone!

I am having many of the symptoms associated with menopause, and I'm only 35. Night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, excessive bleeding, etc. I have been irregular in my cycles since I first started menstruation at 14. Has anyone else experienced this at an early age? What can I expect? I don't want to take hormone pills, as I'm already on several medications. Any help would be most appreciated! :)

I have a feeling that some of your symptoms may be stress related and not just hormonal. you can take supplements (formula 303 or DC Stress) you can get both online or at a local chiropractor or wellness center to help with calming your system....also will calm the muscle spasms throughout your body, and lessen your flow intensity. I suggest regular massage therapy to help with stress and pain reduction...this will also calm and regulate your system, as the massage will detoxify your muscles and entire body yet another method...hope this helps...jen c

Natural is the way to go. You can consult in just about any employee at a local health food store. Most of the employees are very well educated in their products. My mother-in-law is a health freak and swears by the products that are sold there. I also have had experiences with health issues and took some stuff from the health food store and it was more effective than any antibiotic I rec'd from the doctor, plus it is chemical free.

Hope it helps...

Hi, C.!
I have been irregular in my cycles, too. My OBGYN said it's OK. But i was searching for some natural vitamins, i don't want to take any medicine for it. I found out about this incredible product "OMEGA 3 KRILL OIL" and i am taking it a few month already.

Suggested Use: 2 softgels daily with the first meal for 30 days, then 1 softgel thereafter.

And i can tell i feel a lot better: more anergy, i am not sleepy anymore during the day, most important for me NO MORE PAIN IN PERIOD TIME!!! THAT FEELS INCREDIBLE!!!

" Neptune Krill Oil™ is nature's answer to cholesterol management, joint pain relief, and easing of PMS symptoms. This essential oil also shows great potential as an energy and alertness booster, skin protector, wrinkle fighter, and more. "

There is a link where you can buy it:

http://victory.jerkydirect.com/?page=prod&ID=81&p...

You can buy at wholesale price if you'll sign up, even make an extra income.

And also very good natural vitamins is ROYAL JELLY ( contains 28 vitamins and minerals), rejuvenating body.

There is the link where you can buy ROYAL JELLY:

http://www.durhamsbeefarm.com/orderpage.htm?50,11

Suggested Use:1 capsule 2-3 times a day.

"Why is royal jelly one of the most sought after supplements for the healthy and the not-so-healthy alike? Because it is an incredibly nutritious food. Biochemists find that it contains vitamins A, B Complex, C, D and E — with particular emphasis on the B Complex, namely, B1, B2, B3, B6, Bl2, biotin, folic acid and, of course, is especially rich in pantothenic acid, which is reputed to bolster the strength of the adrenal glands and to help reduce stress levels.

"All the water-soluble vitamins of the B group are found together in royal jelly," writes Dr. A. Saenz of the Pasteur Institute in Paris in a paper, "Biology, Biochemistry and the Therapeutic Effects of Royal Jelly." He writes, "Physicians and biologists realize the prime role of the B vitamins in cellular respiration and in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins."

Royal jelly also supplies many minerals, calcium, copper, iron, phosphorus, potassium, silicon and sulfur, as well as the eight amino acids essential to human life...plus 10 more.

FYI - Do you know that the queen bee, nurtured on royal jelly, is 40 to 60 percent larger than worker bees and lives 40 times longer — for years, compared with seven or eight weeks — and, each day, lays from 2,000 to 4,000 eggs, weighing two and one half times her own body weight?"

About menopause - I saw a herbal tea in Wholefood (organic store) for that.

GOOD LUCK
AND BEST WISHES,
V..

I am 34 and had many of the same symptoms several months ago. You can have your doctor do a blood test to check your hormone levels to determine if its menopause or not. In my case, the symptoms were caused by my thyroid. If your hormone levels are normal, then you definitely want to talk to your regular doctor about this. I found that giving up caffeine made my hot flashes go away almost completely. I know how hard this is to deal with, especially when friends your own age can't relate. Don't hesitate to call your doctor.

Good luck and I hope you get answers soon.

Hi,

My name is M.. I at the age of 32 had to have an emergency hysterectomy which caused a great deal of changes with my body. They put me on so may different kinds of hormones to try and regulate me. I had had enough and refuse to take any more. I am now 36 and am having the same symptoms as you with the night sweats, mood swings and midnight cravings. I have gained quite alot of weight too!!! I recently had a revelation and decided to start taking time for me!! I am now exercising, drinking more water than normal, going to the tanning bed once a week, to the nail shop for a pedicure once a month. We need pampering too!! This has helped me with some of the issues I have been having. I take only a womens multi mitamin now and since have lost the night sweats. I believe we lost everything about us with our struggles to keep a family together, neat and tidy!! Try doing for you and what you feel will make you happy! Find what you are missing and try and regain or recapture it. My frame of mind has changed tremendously since I took charge and said it time for ME!!!

Hope this helps you in some way. email me anytime you may need someone to talk to! ____@____.com

I wouldn't jump the gun and say perimenopause until you had a full hormonal workup. It could be that some of the hormones that effect estrogen and progesterone levels are out of whack (thyroid for example). If you can afford it, I would suggest seeing a naturopathic doctor who will try to figure out the source of the imbalance rather than simply treat the imbalance itself without trying to find out why it's there in the first place. If you've have irregular cycles you may have polycystic ovary disease, which is usually caused by an imbalance of androgrens.

I had great success in balancing my hormone levels with vitamins and acupuncture.

Hi C.!
I experienced most of the things you described as well last year at age 37. Check out this web site. http://www.womentowomen.com/ They help treat your hormonal imbalance naturally. I would also make an appointment ASAP with your Doctor to rule out anything that is serious or needs medication.

Good Luck!!!
C.
