My brother-in-law tried this. VERY costly and non-refundable. And yes, he was hungry all the time. The program was doctor supervised but the calorie intake they had him on was very low. He was not able to stick to the diet. Honestly, I don't think I could have functioned with what they had him eating. You actually sound like me, 2 kids, work full time, exercise regularly and play sports. You didn't really say if your goal is to lose weight. I've finally realized that my new Mommy body is different than my pre-mommy body, not by much, just by a few pounds. Before you go ahead and take that step, think about what message you are giving your kids. It appears that you are a health conscience Momma and you are providing a good example for your kids regarding exercise. Can you just adjust your eating/drinking habits instead of taking the step to get injections? You don't have to be a size 0 to look good. It's all about how you carry yourself and your self confidence. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
