Hi! I've used the Medifast & it DOES work. One piece of advice though, be sure to realize in your mind that you must decrease your food intake during & after the weightloss. That's hard for me to do, I can't seem to get that in my head, that I don't need as much as before. It's real easy to do the Medifast plan though & the shakes really fill you up & also contain just the right amt. of carbs & fiber to keep 'things moving'. I started using it when my cousin went on the program & lost 25 lbs in about 2 months. I took me about 4 months & exercising A LOT to lose about 20 lbs. Although we both have hypothyroidism, she's had better luck losing & keeping the weight off. I, however, fell back into bad habits again but as long as you stay strong & not fall back into those bad habits, you should do fine. Yes, it IS somewhat expensive. I bought my Medifast on Ebay at a good discounted rate but my 'seller' isn't selling it anymore right now, apparantly, so I'm stuck paying full price now. I had to quit taking it because I ran out of money but as soon as I'm able, I'm going back on it & this time, I'm going to do my best not to go back into bad habits. It's not hard to do at all. I've tried Vanilla & Strawberry which are both really good but Strawberry is my favorite. I think it's much better than the Vanilla. I don't eat/drink Chocolate but I haven't heard anything negative about it. There's also a LiquidDiet Discussion board that I'm a member of too. It's a great place for support & sharing ideas, getting together, etc. Just remember, you WILL most likely get your best results by exercising along w/the Medifast. I worked my fanny to the core, so-to-speak, exercising HARD 2-3 hrs./day EVERY day just to try & lose 20 lbs. due to having a thyroid issue which makes it really difficult for me whereas before this happened, I had no problems whatsoever losing weight or keeping it off. I'd lose 20 lbs. in just a few days w/little exercise. It's Really hard for me now but I did it & know I can do it again. Don't let MY situation scare you from trying it. You may have a great result in less time compared to me, I just hafta exercise a lot more & a LOT harder than most folks. If you'd like to P.M. me for more info, I'd be happy to share some thoughts or tips. Good luck & be sure to let us know how things worked out for you!

hi, I started the program two weeks ago and I'm doing pretty good on it. I've lost 8 lbs. It is a little expensive, but hopefully will be well worth the results!! I do five of their meals a day and one lean and green meal. A few of the meals don't taste that great, just get a variety. The meals are really simple to make. Let me know if I can answer any other questions.

Hi,
I run a wonderful weight loss program and everyone I have placed on the program has lost weight! I have lost 30lbs myself. I am a mother of 5, just turned 50 last year and could not get the weight off. I am so excited to work with my clients because its so fun to watch their faces when they get on the scale each week! We offer over 40 meals and you incorporate unlimited salads, vegetables and a grilled fish, steak or chicken daily. We are high in protein, each meal is between 13 & 21grams of isolated protein. You will lose 3 to 7lbs weekly!!! If you would like to know more about us, please visit: www.RenuYourself.com and my office is ###-###-#### I hope this gives you more options in your search! K.

My mother used medifast. She loved it and still follows it but much less strict to stay at her ideal weight. I do know that it was pretty pricey but I think she would tell you that its worth it. She loved that you work with a doctor so you make sure you are healthy. Its not some quick weight loss scam like a lot out there.
