I went to the one in Myrtle Beach. It was fun. The food was decent, but not noteworthy. Definitely get coupons. http://www.retailmenot.com/view/medievaltimes.com

We did the one in Chicago a couple months ago and the kids loved it. They still talk about it. Husband and I had fun too. They do tend to push a lot of extra purchases.

The food is alright - no big deal. On their website they are advertising $35/ticket as part of a special summer deal - much better than their normal asking price.

My husband had his bachelor party there. They liked the food, the drink, and the entertainment. They thought the falconry was both cool and a cheesy good time. Food is fine, but not outstanding.

Best,

We had fun when our family went. Food was fine. I don't go to places like that expecting amazing food.

We did it once in Dallas and it was fun. Nothing outstanding except the cost which was pricey.

We'd do it again if someone came to town and wanted to go but we wouldn't go back just to go for ourselves. It's like been there done that type of event but fun at least once.

loved it, was so different and my kids aged 8 and 5 thought it was great, just like a fairy tale setting. the kids may not love the meal but its was pretty basic chicken. they liked rotissiere, so they did eat it. my husband and I thought it was good. its not to be compared with going to a fancy restaurant, but considering, it was good.

its one of those things that you do, have a great time, but wouldn't do again, at least not for several years. its definitely an experience. the kids loved going into the castle. at the end the knights come out and we took pics.

you can find coupon codes to get a few dollars off.

all that being said, if you happen to get the chance, the pirate voyage show was AMAZING. pricewise, it was comparable, but I tell you, you have mermaids, pirate fights, fire...you didn't know where to look next. that show I would go again and again. if you had the choice, that is wonderful.

We've been a couple of times. The experience is every bit worth the admission. The food is decent.
It's a great time for a family.

We went in Dallas and it's pricey but fun. My kids 12 and 14 still mention it 2 years later. I thought the food was great!

We went to the one in Myrtle Beach and it wasn't great. We had done Pirate's Voyage the year before and it was SO much better. The food, the show, everything was better at Pirate's Voyage in our opinion.

Medieval Times was fun, but not worth the money, and I think we got 2 of our kids free plus a military discount.

It's only worth it if you get half price or tickets on sale. My 7 year old liked it. It's very corny and over acted but it's for the kids sake. Food was good but not great. Unless you're going with kids, I would skip it.

We went once in Myrtle Beach. Our kids were too young to enjoy it (3 and 1). If I remember right they didn't have a kids' meal. Our kids were young enough to share our plates and it was enough food. Way too much food for just me. I remember I wasn't too impresssed with the meal. We also had seats near the top and didn't have a great view of the action. So I wasn't too impressed with the show either. You also sit at a bar type table so it is impossible to talk to anyone except the two people on either side of you. We had an opportunity to go again this summer and passed it up. To us, it just wasn't worth the money.

Love it. We have a blast whenever we go. Worth it. The horse tricks alone are worth ticket price. Food is fine. The vegetarian meal is really good! Yes a bit silly but great fun.
