Hi! My baby book says kids that age should be getting 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. Basically Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner- we always did milk right before bed too but that's because we were nursing. Anytime the kiddo seems hungry though (outside of this) you can offer something healthy. Some kids are grazers, and others will eat constantly during growth spurts. I swear our 17 mo. old ate lunch for 2 hours straight on Sat. and was noticeably heavier afterwords!
