Some ideas: microwaved sweet potatoes, grapes, peaches, nectarines, apricots, bananas, beans, avocados, clementines, bread dipped in hummus, soup, frozen peas, cooked carrots, cooked cauliflower, cooked broccoli, rice, quesadillas, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, pasta with or without any kind of sauce (tomato, pesto, creamy). I would think he's ready to start eating what you eat, but he's probably going to follow your example, so this might be a great opportunity to improve the quality of your eating too! Good luck!
