Does anyone drive a Mazda 5? It is like a small mini-van. If so, any feedback on the vehicle? Thank you
A friend of mine wanted to buy one. She and her husband went to test-drive it, and her husband (who is 6'3") found that his head hit the top of the vehicle when he sat in the driver's seat. It seems like it is better-suited to shorter people, if that makes any difference for you. My friend ended up buying a Ford Edge (which looks pretty similar to the Mazda 5, but has more than enough head room for a tall guy).

My car broke down for about 6 weeks this spring, and I rented one for a week. I highly recommend this because it looks great, but I really did not like it. I felt it didn't have enough power, the windows were huge, but you still couldn't see out them, and there was not a lot of room in the driver's seat. It was by no means a luxury car and my 1996 Volvo wagon had more features and just felt "Nicer" to be in.
So, my personal preference was that I didn't like it. But, if you are seriously considering one, then rent one for a few days. Put the kids, carseats, stuff in it. By the time I put the umbrella stroller in the back there was no room for groceries let alone soccer, hockey, football gear. Well, if you put down the 3rd row seat then there was more room obviously but that defeats the purpose of being able to seat 6. Yeah, it only seats 6 not 7 if that matters.
