Old Navy has great deals on suits and other items for the office.
You have to look at their Web site and shipping is only $5.00.
Liz Lang at Target has really nice stuff and it is really inexpensive.
Hi-
As a full-time working Mom of a 3-year old and a baby due the first week of February, I am looking for the most economical way of keeping up with my wardrobe. I need to buy at least 2 business suits and am wondering if anyone has any that they would like to sell and/or if anyone has recommendations on where to get nice, inexpensive suits or suits that "grow" with you.
Any suggestions or offers would be appreciated.

Hi N.!
I may not be able to help you with your particular request, but I want you to know that your query has prompted me to take my dream seriously. I have 1-yr old twin boys and ever since I was pregnant with them, I thought of opening a maternity rental shop, where I would rent new & used maternity wear, along with matching purses & footwear and other accessories, to career women. I was myself a fashionable career woman, till I got pregnant ..... I spent a ton of money on maternity wear, but with twin pregnancy, I grew out of them so soon, that the spending was not worth it .... my dilemma was that I wanted to look professional & fashionable but couldn't afford it. Would you be open to maternity wear rentals or is that something you wouldn't do? Just want to know if my business idea sounds reasonable to you. You don't have details, but in general, would you say that you or your friends could be seen shopping at a maternity rental store?
Thanks for your input

I bought my stuff from baby depot and they have prtty reasonale stuff. I delivered in Dec 05. If you want we can look at you buying it from me. I dont have business suits but office wears.
My kids are 11 & 5. With my daughter (11) I bought most of my maternity wear through the JC Penney catalog. I am plus size so I had a hard time finding items at stores. For my son (5) I bought almost everything at Motherhood maternity. I LOVED that store! Then easiest way to save money is to go to a store and find some elastic waist skirts in larger sizes, or even plus size. You can watch for sales. (even walmart) Then buy a few "staple pieces" like a a black pair of dress pants that you can use with any top or jacket. I'm sure you can also find larger shirts in bigger sizes also. Good Luck!!
