Low Residue Super Bowl Foods

My family has been invited to a Super Bowl party but, due to my ulcerative colitis, I will still be on a low residue diet. I was newly diagnosed last summer and am not very familiar with the personal aspects of my disease so I am following the restrictions given by my GI, which throws out pretty much all football food (all fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, spicy food, fried food, processed meats...). I would like to bring something I will be able to enjoy but that is also appropriate to share at a Super Bowl party. Any suggestions? I'm looking for something in the snack arena as opposed to sweets (which, thankfully, I can eat so hoping they have some already at the party). I've only been able to come up with soft pretzels (but then there's a transportation issue to prevent them from getting cold and soggy) and a cheese and cracker tray. Would love to have a few more options! Thanks!

What can I do next?

For soft pretzels we use the alton brown recipe. We make them for a yearly event. So I have to make them a few days ahead of time. They turn out great. At the even we eat them cold, but at home we microwave them for a warm treat. They don't get soggy or anything. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/homemade-s...

My husband was on a low residue diet for most of the summer. He had many of the same restrictions, but he also couldn't tolerate dairy. Some things we came up with were mini chicken sandwiches...often chicken salad, but sometimes bbq (we made a not too spicy version ourselves).

Tortilla rolls ups. We just kind of filled them up with things he could tolerate.

Avacados are low residue...so we made a mild guacamole. Totrilla chips were a bit high in fiber, but pita chips were ok.

And since hummas was pureed, he ate that a lot.

There are also many recipes for tasty mini quiches that will meet your needs. We brought those for a BBQ once and they were a big hit.

Do you have a place around you that exclusively sells pretzels-Like a Philly Pretzel Factory? We have one that you can get a huge tray with pretzel nuggets and several dipping sauces like honey mustard and cheese and chocolate. Ig you don't you could get the nuggets from the grocery store and arrage at home and then pop in the oven or microwave quickly when you arrive and make your own dips.
