K.T.
Hi G., sorry I'm replying a little late to this request, I didn't get a chance for computer time this weekend. But anyway, I too live in Battle Ground. My husband and I moved here 3 years ago. Prior to here, I've lived in Vancouver for nearly my whole life, so I haven't really changed my caregivers. Although, when I got pregnant I did choose an ob-gyn that wasn't too far away. I see Suzanne Slayton-Milam, M.D. at Cascadia Women's Clinic in Salmon Creek. It's about a 15-20 minute commute. Her office is just a few blocks away from Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital. As for family doctors, I work occasionaly (use to be full-time before becoming a mom) at Family Wellness Center, which is in the Fisher's Landing area of Vancouver, off of 164th avenue. I take my son there to Dr. Tom Dyehouse. He's not a pediatrician, he's in family practice, but he's really laid back and so caring. I highly recommend him for your whole family. The commute is a little farther though, about 30 minutes from Battle Ground. Hope this helps a little.
