Love Handles & Cellulite

I have lost all of my pregnancy weight, plus an additional 10 lbs. For the most part I am happy with my results. But I am having a terrible time getting rid of these little love handles and toning the back of my thighs. I have an eliptical that I use almost everyday, and preform countless tummy exercises. My question is- does anyone know of some "miraculous" exercises for these areas, or have any other advice on that matter. Thank You, M. W.

So What Happened?

Thank you everyone. I had been doing some of the things mentioned. I guess I needed to step it up a little. I have actually commited myself to getting back on track with eating better and exercising more. By sticking with my new routines I have lost 4 lbs. in two weeks! I think sometimes you just have to realize that you've had kids and just know that your not going to look exactly the same as prebaby! I think I am accepting that.... I think!! (laugh)

M.,

You might try some sort of of exercises for the obliques, for what you are calling the love handles. For the back of the thighs you might try doing some squats with light weights. Hopes this helps.

Hi M.,

You need to add some oblique exercises to your ab routine. You may want to try some oblique pushups otherwise called side hip lifts. You can try searching on the internet for a description of the exercise and other helpful oblique exercises.

Good Luck,
