Lost Breasts After Breastfeeding

I breastfed both my children until they were 15 months. With my first, I didn't notice losing my breasts because rather quickly I got pregnant with my second, so my breasts swelled during pregnancy. My son is now 20 months, so he has been weened off my breasts for almost 6 months and my breasts are smaller than they were before I got pregnant the first time!

Is there anything that can help get them back even a little?? I know sometimes birth control will help-- didn't know if there was a particular brand that was proven to work for most? Or massage or any type of suppliments or herbs that anyone has tried that have proven to work? I know there are tons of things online but I can't really trust reviews...

Thanks.

What can I do next?

I envy you...my breasts started at a full C (which I would have preferred smaller)...after pregnancy they are now a D and a full D at that. I hate it! They get in the way and they are out of proportion with the rest of my small frame. I'm only 5'1" and weigh 118 lbs and I have this huge chest. I would be happy to trade with you. Working out is a problem, even walking fast leads to bouncing. My clothes are a real problem too. I also hate when people just look at my chest when they see me. Ugghhh...

The only thing you might do is push ups to build the muscle so they appear perkier.

Enjoy what you've got.

It's somewhat the luck of the draw and it may be as much to do with the pregnancies as anything else. I ended up...pretty much where I was before. I was hoping I'd get to keep some, so I know that it can be frustrating when you don't. I don't know what really helps. I have heard that building your pectoral muscles can help with the illusion.

The deflation is usually because of loss of fat distributed among the breast tissue.
Mine took 5 years to fill back out (following a big weight gain). I've lost 40 lbs since then and they're still Ds.

I wish mine shrank a bit.
They just deflated and now droop more than they use to.
You can try wearing a push up bra.
I can't go without good support these days.

The same thing happened to me after nursing my second child. My breasts deflated to virtually nothing. The only thing that ended up working for me was getting on Birth Control. Although I needed it for obvious reasons, I did notice my breast came back to pre-baby shape. My doctor told me it was simply needing the estrogen. Without estrogen your breast will go away a little. Estrogen is one of the things that help them come out better. I think GNC has some supplements or creams with estrogen you could try, however you don't want too much estrogen as cancer supposedly thrives on it. I am taking Sprintec as Birth Control and it did help bring my breast back.
