Hi M.. I am a trainer and can offer you some advice.
First off, add some strength training like lunges/squats, pushups (one of the most under-rated and BEST core exercises) and ab planks.
Cardio exercise can help with weight loss, but will not firm up your whole body. You need some muscle conditioning in order to do that.
Also, the first place you want to lose weight is typically the last place it comes off! Unfair, I know.
The 'trouble spots' are harder to tone, and often get into better shape with better dieting.
