Push ups against you counter in the kitchen every morning while waiting for the coffee to drip thats it.
After having 2 kids, my breasts have alot of loose skin. Does anyone know of a good skin tightening product that might help?

I am a Mary Kay Consultant and we have a product called Visibly Fit it works great. It helps firm and smooth the skin. In addition, it helps even out skin tones, minimizes fine lines and improves the skins elasticity and texture.
We also have Cellu-shape which helps with cellulite but is also strengthens the skin's support system.
Others have commented that creams are not a long lasting treatment and you will have to continue usage. That is correct. Even my Mary Kay products would require long term usage. Over time you would be able to cut down on the amount you use and have longer lasting results.
With Mary Kay you have a 100% buy back guarantee. If you do not like it I will buy it back.
If you would like more information just let me know.
I am not sure of any cream but I have always done the exercise I must I must I must increase my bust, where you put your hands in front of you and push them together at the palms, as you do this raise and lower your arms and you feel it in different areas I do this several times a day everyday and you can't tell if i am not wearing a bra because they stay high.
The only thing that has helped mine is the awesome silicone breast implants I got in May. I talked and talked for years about getting them and I finally just couldn't take it when swimsuit season came around again. Getting them really was not big deal - I just wish I had done it a long time ago instead of suffering and complaining about the flattest saggiest boobs in the world! I'm sure my husband is soooooo glad that he doesn't have to hear me complain about how much I hate my boobs anymore. I didn't get giant boobs just enough to look like a normal girl!!! You should go talk to a board certified plastic surgeon and check out your options!!
I'm glad you asked. Both the ladies have great ideas and I believe I'll start that today. After 2 kids myself and getting into the 30's is harsh on the chest!
Nothing is going to have any kind of permanent effect. If you use creams etc. it is only going to be temporary and probably such a small change that it would be barely noticeable. Even if it is noticable to you, it wont be to anyone else anyway & you will have wasted money.
If you seriously want to get rid of it permanently you will have to get cosmetic surgery. I think it is more important for you to learn to love your motherly figure though. Our society has made having a real woman's body a bad thing. Our breasts aren't supposed to be firm and perky after we have babies. Firm and perky are for high school kids.
The exercises mentioned do help, but I'd like to share a little secret I learned when I was performing. Believe it or not, Preparation H is great for temporary tightening. I'm 50 and have used it on my breast area, my eyes and forehead, and my neck. I'm sure that it sounds weird, but it really does help!
My mom works for Mary Kay. I bought this stuff called CeluShape from her. It's a day lotion and a night gel. It worked FABULOUSLY on my loose skin around my belly. If you'd like to give her a call, I'll give you her number. The set cost $55 + tax.
This may sound strange but push-up's (the exersise not the bra) will tighten that skin and keep the girls from looking at the floor also. :)

Therma Del Sol™ Toning Bust & Neck Serum by BeautiControl® $25.00 at www.beauticontrol.com. I'm not a consultant. I purchased this particular product from a party I hosted several years ago because I had the same problem and it worked. I had breasfed my daughter till she was 14 months old and they were saggy. After using this (and some weight loss helped too) they were on their way to perky. I have never compared it to anything else, but I know that this stuff helped.
