I am expecting my second child in August, and will be needing to split a full time slot for a wonderful in home day care provider in Grapevine starting in October. My oldest child will be three and graduating from her care at the same time, and I just can't think of taking my newborn to anyone else but her. I work part time so it would be much more cost effective to split this spot with another part time working mom. She takes care of newborns through three years of age.

I am not sure about spliting the childcare slot but I am in desperate need of finding someone to watch and love my newborn. She is 2 months old now staying with my mom but I will need someone fulltime in about a month or two. Can you help with a referral? I know this doesn't answer your question, but my sitter takes kids just part time (only charges me for half a day instead of a full day, and only charges me when my child is there - not by the week) anyway, maybe your sitter would be willing to do that. Or if you are interested my sitter has space available (she's in Keller). Just a thought :) Good luck!
