Looking to Find a Dog for Daughter

I was involved, until I got pregnant, with the Frisco Humane Society. We used to get a lot of big dogs and very well mannered. Try your local Humane Society to see what they have. You might be pleasantly surprised.

We don't have a big dog, but have a wonderful miniature daschund named Parker. He's 7 years old and is WONDERFUL with kids. I have a 31/2 yr. old son and 18mo. daughter.
We are considering a different home for him because we just moved into a home with a metal fence. So he can get out. We also feel guilty because we don't spend enough time with him. Our two little ones pretty much take up all of our time and energy.
We only want to give him away to a family who would take good care of him and want him for companionship and playing.

She has been around my 3 year old and my newborn and is very familiar with kids. Loves to play! She is an indoor dog. You may try the yahoo group dfw pet placement...it has a place to offer all kinds of animals and for free...

We got our golden from this organization. They are great and so is she (our golden). It does cost a little to pay for the shots/adoption fee, but much cheaper then other places!
