I work at Busch gardens And they are very good with scheduling around day care hours and it is a fun job! plus you get passes to take your kids and my 3 year old loves it!!! dont know if that is the type of job you are looking for but it works great for us!

Hi L. - I just started my own online travel site. This is a great way to earn additional income. There are meetings every Tuesday & Thursday in Clearwater and Wednesday & Thursday in Tampa. These meetings are very informative and can provide all of the information about this business. The meetings start at 7:30 and run about an hour. There is usually about 400 to 500 people that attend so you would need to plan accordingly if you would like to go. Please check out my website and let me know if you are interested.

Depending on how much you need to make, you may want to consider direct sales, there are a lot of opportunities out there. I am with Stuff-N-Snuggle and Usborne Books. With StuffNSnuggle you just sign up and you get a website and start selling, you can even sell on ebay if you wish. Usborne Books is $25 to sign up in September (it provides books for you to show) and you get a website, you could also sign up to be a consultant to sign up to sell to schools and libraries. I love both these opportunities because like you I have small children 10 months and 4 and we are constantly going to birthday parties, plus gifts for the nieces and nephews. I love to give books and then depending on the age of the child combine it with a stuff your own animal kit. I also do combo things to sell around christmas time. There are kid kits available from Usborne with the items for an activity that goes with a book, but if there is a book I want to give I just create my own "kit". I do not do any home shows as this is not something I'm interested in, but you could do them with either company. With Stuff N Snuggle I provide kits to mom's so that they can have a stuff your own animal kit party, like that store at the mall, but this way you get to serve whatever you want and don't have to truck down to the food court for cake. You can pick any animal or doll and even stuffable purses for the parties that come complete and then you don't even have to do good bags since the child gets to take the animal home.
I love both these companies because it gives me great flexibility, I make as much as I want to put into working, but then also have a great discount for my gift giving that I have to do anyway.
