Looking for Women Encouragement Conferences in DFW Area

The Mom Heart conference with Sally Clarkson is next month (Feb 26th - 27th) in Irving. Below is a little information from their website about the conference. I went last year, and it was so uplifting. I can't wait to go again this year.

A two-day hotel conference and getaway designed especially for Christian mothers, now in its 12th year of ministering to moms. When the cultural ground is shifting, there's no better time to renew your heart for a new start with God. Sally will strenthen and encourage your heart to rise to the task of raising wholehearted children for Christ at home. Elizabeth Smith and Sarah Clarkson will share heart-renewing messages, and a special Panel Discussion will discuss the Mom Heart Ministry vision. The conference includes practical workshops, inspirational worship, a seated banquet luncheon, book tables, and more.

I go to The Village Church in Flower Mound and they have several different types of classes, home groups, and other ways to get involved. You can check it out at www.thevillagechurch.net. I have a few friends that go to other churches and there are several classes that their churches offer as well. I don't know what kind of church you are looking for but I think that finding a church to belong to is a good first step if you haven't done so. Good luck with everything and God bless.

Our church, Prestonwood Baptist Church has Women's conferences and women's bible studies all throughout the year! Just check out the website at: www.prestonwood.org

Our church is having an event with Sheila Walsh (writer, speaker, singer)called Beautiful Things Happen When A Woman Trusts God. Sheila speaks at the Women of Faith Conferences. The event is at Messiah Lutheran Church in Plano on Feb. 6 from 9am to 3pm. Cost is $25. Box lunch can be purchased for $6. My church has a conference coming up on the 15th at 9:30 am. It's called "The making of a mighty mom"

Our church is having a little women's conference on March 27.
We have them all the time and they are always free.
The next big one for our church is in April, I believe.
