I really liked Toddler 411. There also is "What to Expect the Toddler Years" which is okay. Keeping a few on hand for reference is good.
As my son approaches toddlerhood, I am looking for a book to help guide me through what to expect and how to handle some of the challenges of parenting a toddler. I've heard about "Happiest Toddler on the Block" and "Toddler 411" but I know there are many books to choose from and was wondering what you have found most helpful. Thanks!

I loved the Touchpoints book by Brazelton and felt that I was sane by reading Vicki Iovine; ANYTHING by Vicki!
There is a book called "what to expect the toddler years" - it is put out by the same people that did "what to expect when you are expecting"
From my personal experience I would say you should expect to see the cutest things ever! Toddlers are funny, curious, loving, and emotional little beings!
good luck!
I have just started reading Secrets of the Baby Whisperer for Toddlers by T. Hogg. It seems like it will be very helpful.
