I am trying to find someone to come and clean about once every 3 weeks or so but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg. Any suggestions?

Sometimes word of mouth is enough. There might be someone in the school district or your church looking to make extra money. You could always try them out. Unless you want professional, but them you might have to pay for it.
