Have you tried First Steps in Catharpin on Route 234? my kids went there and there wasn't a long waitlist, sometimes they don't even have a waitlist(depending on the class). They have a pre-K program and the teacher is wonderful.
I am looking for a preschool in the Gainesville that has opennings NOW. I need to get my 4 1/2yo boy in asap. Most are full and have waitlists. Any suggestions?? Price isn't really important since there are only 5 months left. Three to five days would be perfect. PLEASE HELP!!
I would also consider Manassas, Centerville, or Warrenton.
Please

Have you looked into Chesterbrook Academy? I have no idea whether or not there is a waitlist, but I can say that I have been very happy with them for the past two years that my now four-year old daughter has attended. In particular, her teachers this year are awesome! The phone number is ###-###-####.
Good luck!
Have you tried the Children's Learning Center at Grace United Methodist Church? It is off Wellington Rd in Manassas. I LOVE this school. My son is 4 and just had a student leave his class in January (moved) and they just got a new girl this week. So I know things can change with openings. Their phone number is ###-###-#### or you can check them out at www.graceangels.org. Good luck! Also...they are currently registering existing families for next year, and then it opens to public in March I think...
Have you tried Gainesville Children's Center (Linton Hall Rd) or Chesterbrook Academy (Virginia Oaks)? I would NOT recommend Lake Manassas Academy - although it's located in Gainesville, several of my neighbors have had very bad experiences there and pulled their kids out - sounds like a nightmare. There are also others along Linton Hall, and there's a Minnieland in Braemar, too - I don't know if it's good/bad or other, but I believe they have openings because a friend of mine just put her almost-5-yr-old in there. Good luck!
I take my daughter to Chesterbrook Academy in Gainesville. She's been there since birth. We love it and most importantly, so does she! Good luck in your search. Their phone # is ###-###-####.
Hi A.,
My name is C. Ruddle, and I have a home daycare/preschool in Warrenton. What hours/days are you looking for, and what are you looking for in a preschool? I have 3 preschool children currently; a 3 1/2 yr. old girl and 2 4-year old boys. I use a very good preschool curriculum in my program. If you would like more info, you can contact me through my website which has my phone number.

Thanks,

There's a great preschool in Burke Presbyterian Church off Burke Centre Parkway. It takes about 10-15 minutes for us to get there from Centreville.
hey A.,
just today i drove past a Children of America in Warrenton. There was a sign that said "Now Enrolling". I don't know if that means enrolling to begin later or what, but thought I would pass this info along. Also, I don't know much about it. I don't know if its considered more a daycare facility than a preschool or both. I can tell you that my nephew goes there and his parents are tickled pink. ( he is almost 3 ) I have picked him up there a few times and he has always been happy and clean.....with the exception of one time I picked him up during snack!!
Good Luck!
