I am trying to organize or establish a playgroup. I have a two year old daughter who loves and needs social interaction. I am wondering if other moms or dads are interested in having monthly playdates for our children. I know that there are alot of groups out there like ECFE or yahoo groups. I was thinking of meeting in or around Burnsville/ Bloomington. Even as simple as an afternoon in the park this spring. Please just let m know what you think.
I too live in Rosemount and work full-time. My daughter has no other siblings and loves to be around kids, she is not in daycare because my husband works the graveyard shift so he watches her during the morning and part of the afternoon.

Hello. I live in Bloomington and also have a 2-year-old daughter. I would like a once-a-month playgroup, sounds like fun. We do ECFE, and you are right--it does take quite a bit of time each week.
As far as scheduling a monthly date, I am a stay-at-home mom so most any time can work for us. Keep me posted, and good luck!
