Hi, I am looking for a location (outside my house!) for a birthday party for a 3-year old boy in the Walpole/Norwood area. I'm also looking not to have to take out a second mortgage in order to pay for it. Any suggestions? Thank you!

What can I do next?

How about the Moose Hill Audubon Park in Sharon- there are lots of trails for walking and fields for the kids to play outside, plus they have an indoor room for birthday parties. I am sure the cost is very reasonable.

I know Wardbarry Farm in Sharon right off 95/Rte.1 has parties where you can pet the animals and go for hayrides, etc. not sure of cost though. Boston Parents Paper usually has some good suggestions. Can pick up at library, Big Y has them, etc.

You can try Kid Club Fun Land in Norwood on Rte 1 or the McDonalds on Rte 1 in Westwood, right in front of the Mercedes Dealership. I have been to 2 bday parties in Kid Club Funland and my children have always had a great time. The McD in Westwood has a large play area that my kids like to play in also. Good Luck.

I am not familiar with that area but if you go to the local library you should be able to find a free parent paper that will give you suggestions and probaly coupons. For that age though a McDonalds Play place or some sort of indoor confined play place would be good. Best of Luck!!
