I'm thinking about going back to work part-time after the new year and I want to know of reliable childcare for a 12 month old. Since she's still young I'm even more weary about who watches her. Afordable in-home care would be great, or any great daycares as well! Please help!!
I can tell you where NOT to go- Children's Choice by the Texas. My child was there for about 8 months and she hated going. Every morning was a fight... She currently goes to Sweet Pea in Decatur & Ann. It's ok now that she's older. They have the internet webcam that sets my mind at ease...

But use your best judgement interviewing ANY person you choose. I havnt personally hired a sitter through them yet, because Im not working at the moment.. But I will soon. I have 4 children and would feel much better having someone come to MY home.
M., I suggest you find a licensed home based child care. Go to www.co.clark.nv.us and pull up the business license section. Search on "family child care" and then call those in your zip code.
